Mickey Gingerbread Cookies Recipe 🎄

Ingredients
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 2 tbsp granulated sugar
- ½ cup butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 egg
- 1/3 cup molasses
- 3 cups flour
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tsp ginger
- ½ tsp all spice
- ½ tsp salt
- White decorating icing
- Red and green M&Ms
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Mix butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until just combined. Do not cream the butter.
- Add egg, vanilla, and molasses. Mix until just combined.
- Add cinnamon, ginger, all spice, and salt.
- Gradually add flour until fully incorporated and dough forms.
- Transfer dough to a floured surface and roll out evenly.
- Cut out Mickey shapes and place on a lined baking sheet.
- Bake 9–10 minutes until set.
- Allow cookies to cool completely.
- Decorate with white icing on the ears and place one red and one green M&M on the icing dots.

- Do not overmix the dough for best texture.
- If sticky, chill dough for 20–30 minutes before rolling.
- Store in an airtight container for several days.
