Easy Homemade Pink Lemonade Popsicles 🍋
Sweet, tangy, and pretty pink — a simple freezer treat anyone can make.
What You Need
- Popsicle molds
- Wooden sticks
- Mixing cup or pitcher
- Whisk or spoon
Pink Lemonade Popsicles (Classic Sweet)
- 1 cup fresh lemon juice (about 4–6 lemons)
- 3 cups cold water
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup cranberry juice or strawberry puree (for pink color & flavor)
- Stir sugar and lemon juice together until sugar dissolves.
- Add water and cranberry juice (or strawberry puree) and mix well.
- Pour into popsicle molds.
- Insert sticks.
- Freeze 6–8 hours or until solid.
No-Sugar Version
- 1 cup fresh lemon juice
- 3 cups cold water
- Sweetener to taste (stevia, monk fruit, or erythritol)
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cranberry juice or mashed strawberries
- Mix lemon juice and water.
- Add preferred sweetener gradually and taste as you go.
- Stir in cranberry juice or strawberries.
- Pour into molds and add sticks.
- Freeze until firm.
Easy Flavor Twists
- Add sliced strawberries or raspberries to each mold
- Mix in a splash of coconut water
- Add lemon zest for extra zing
