Ingredients

  • One serving of pre-made pancake mix, prepared to batter
  • Red M&Ms
  • Semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • Bacon, halved and cooked

Directions

  1. Prepare pancake mix according to instructions. Heat an electric skillet or pan to about 300°F. Spray with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. Pour ½ cup of batter for the main head circle. Add ¼ cup batter on each side of the main circle to form the Mickey shape. Cook until bubbles form and pop, then flip and cook until golden brown. Repeat with remaining batter.
  3. Dust pancakes lightly with powdered sugar. Place two chocolate chips for eyes, one red M&M for the nose, and arrange 5 chocolate chips in a half-circle for the snowman mouth.
  4. Place two bacon pieces at the bottom of the Mickey head to resemble a scarf.
  5. Serve immediately and enjoy!
