Easy Beaver Cupcakes
Fun and creative chocolate cupcakes topped with candy ears, nose, and cookie tails—perfect for themed parties and celebrations.
Ingredients
- 1 box chocolate cake mix + additional ingredients per directions OR your favorite recipe
- Chocolate buttercream frosting in a piping bag with Wilton 1M Star Tip
- Brown M&M’s or Sugar Babies for ears
- Brown mini M&M’s for nose
- White Tic Tac mints for teeth, 2 per cupcake
- Nutter Butter cookies for tail (use one half of the cookie, cream center removed)
- Sugar decorating eyes
Directions
- Bake cupcakes per recipe and cool completely.
- Pipe a stacked swirl of chocolate frosting on each cupcake.
- Place Nutter Butter cookie tail at the back of the cupcake, pattern side in.
- Add eyes, ears, and nose using candies.
- Place 2 Tic Tac teeth just under the nose at the rim of the cupcake.
- Serve and enjoy your beaver cupcakes!
