Zombie Brain Frappuccino Recipe

Recipe Details

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons matcha green tea powder
  • 1 1/2 cups ice
  • 1 cup milk (may need a little more for blending)
  • 2 tablespoons sugar (divided)
  • 1 drop pink food gel
  • Whipped topping

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix together 1 tablespoon sugar and 1 drop pink food gel until evenly colored. Set aside.
  2. Add ice, matcha green tea powder, remaining 1 tablespoon sugar, and milk to a blender.
  3. Blend until smooth. If the mixture is too thick to blend well, add a little more milk and blend again.
  4. Pour the blended drink into your serving cup.
  5. Top with whipped topping.
  6. Sprinkle or drizzle the pink sugar mixture over the whipped topping to create the “zombie brain” effect.
