- 1 1/2 cups ice
- 1 cup milk (may need a little more for blending)
- 2 tablespoons sugar (divided)
- 1 drop pink food gel
- Whipped topping
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix together 1 tablespoon sugar and 1 drop pink food gel until evenly colored. Set aside.
- Add ice, matcha green tea powder, remaining 1 tablespoon sugar, and milk to a blender.
- Blend until smooth. If the mixture is too thick to blend well, add a little more milk and blend again.
- Pour the blended drink into your serving cup.
- Top with whipped topping.
