  • Mini chocolate chips
  • Sweetened coconut flakes
  • Sliced almonds

Instructions

  1. Place each topping into its own small bowl.
  2. Turn one cookie upside down and add a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
  3. Place a second cookie on top, right-side up, and gently press together.
